Order will ship in 3-5 business days.
Please make sure your orders are being sent to a safe, secure location. Once an order leaves our warehouse, Fruit Face cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort things out for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and the name associated with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
